* $150 for a sale and / or commercial lease and $60 for residential lease – You keep 100% after the transaction fee. No monthly fees – Guaranteed!


3) Mentorship Program
70/30 Split. We know how difficult it is for new Realtors® to close their first several transactions. We offer one on one mentorship that will teach you how to complete the steps necessary for a successful closing and your PAYDAY.

* “Unlimited Plan” – Up to 3 million annual gross sales volume. Only in the event TUR is required to cut a check direclty in your name, there will be a $10 processing fee.
